Learning Target - kindergartners receiving their daily learning target in Mandarian.
Clip the Page - A kindergarten teacher used this as a way for students to find their pages quickly each day for their math lessons since they could not use page numbers just yet.
Embedded ELL Objectives - This fifth grade teacher has used "so that" to embed her ELL goals into her objectives.
Touch Light - A kindergarten teacher used this light during centers to help her students be independent. The students would say "If the light is on then the teacher is gone." They knew they had to problem solve and be independent when she was working with another group. She had also made sure to set her expectations and coach the students on what they could do during that time.

Wordle Mission Statements - This teacher used Wordle to capture her students mission statements and the focus of the culture they wanted to create in their classrooms.
Differentiated Station Math - Students were assigned a set of cards and used iPad to help answer the questions. The teacher was able to differentiate the math concepts based on the color of the card and how she assigned them to the students.
Lower the Volume - This is a great jingle to help bring a noise level of a the class down to a whisper.
Critical Vocabulary - These are jingles to help students learn the critical vocabulary for Common Core. It helps them learn by using rhymes and jingles to go into their long term memory. The book is written by Marilee Sprenger
Whiteboards with Objectives - This teacher used a different whiteboard to share the daily objectives for each class. She would change them daily and students always knew where to find them.
EDpuzzle - This is a site that allows users to select a video and customize it by editing, cropping, recording audio, and adding questions to make an engaging presentation or lesson. It is very easy to use.
