Quizlet Live - Students work together to find the term that matches the definition - since none of them have all of the answers. Students lean in, stay focused, and communicate to win. Everyone on the team must contribute.
Engaging PE Activity - Students were asked to complete their exercises and when finished they were given play money to purchase a bone for their skeleton. Students worked collaboratively in groups to finish their skeletons. This is a creative interdisciplinary activity.

Cat in the Hat and Mr. Potato Head Class Management Activity - When students are celebrated for great behavior or complimented they get to add a piece to Mr. Potato Head. When all pieces are added, they get to scratch off a Cat in the Hat Reward Card to see what they have earned. For example, they could earn 5 more minutes of recess, computer game, etc.
