         Mission
The mission of the NCSD Mentoring Program is to guide, encourage, and assist new staff in becoming self-reliant, proficient, and reflective professionals.

The mentors will use a systems approach to ensure continuous improvement through classroom visits, monthly trainings, and walkthroughs that address the Danielson Framework for Teaching and NCSD goals.
